accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, two doubles and
a bunk room, together with a living room, a spacious kitchen/diner,
two bathrooms - one with walk-in shower - and a utility
room.
The cottage is extremely well equipped with high quality
fixtures and fittings throughout, including two televisions,
dvd player, cd player, dishwasher, washing machine, large
fridge/freezer and microwave.
There is also wi-fi broadband connection at the cottage.
Also included are duvets, pillows, bed linen, travel cot,
high chair and stair gates. Reservoir Cottage will comfortably
sleep eight and is available for long and short breaks throughout
the year.
Outside
- Outside
there is a spacious, enclosed railed deck area provided
with garden furniture and barbecue. To the front of the
property are two private parking spaces.

5 minutes walk down, 10 minutes back!

of stairs, this property is not suitable for the elderly or
infirm.
